Can you follow up on my case. Trying to get things straight with my Holton Trumpet sale. The buyer accidentally hit local when he actually needs it shipoed. I’ve talked to an agent yesterday and left a message or two, but nothing has happened. Buyer has emailed me several times.
I’m sure you guys are busy. That time of the year. But I sure would like to resolve it.
Unfortunately, this is not a matter I can follow up on. I would recommend continuing to follow up with Reverb via email, chat or phone. They may just be a bit tied up because of the holiday weekend. Sorry to hear about your trouble but hopefully you will be able to resolve everything soon!
